School Council
Vision
We intend to ensure that pupils are comfortable, happy and safe in our school and able to Grow and Achieve in God's Love.
The school council helps to do this by listening to everyone’s opinions and ideas. We work together as a team to help our school to be a more delightful place. We discuss many ideas and see what’s best for the school. In addition, we work hard to support everyone (especially if they have any issues with our school). We will continue to create exciting challenges/activities for us all to do.
Aims
We have discussions on what we should do to help our school and where we can we will action our ideas.
If children of the school have any worries or concerns the school council will help them.
We hope to improve in all areas in our school
We will respect any comments children and adults have on our school and appreciate all points of view.
Our school council helped to organise 'Hello Yellow' day this term. We raised money and awareness for the Young minds charity and Mental Health day. Children were encouraged to wear yellow to school and we participated in wellbeing activities throughout the day. The school was awash with cheery yellow and it really did make a difference to everyone's attitudes!
